Can't get a lvl 4 hauling mission

DB Preacher	Posted - 2005.03.09 20:15:00 - [1] After doing a bunch of missions with a lvl 3 agent, I figured I'd try out one the the lvl 4 hauling missions. So I scout out a lvl 4 manufacturing dept (-16 stats) and try and get a hauling mission. I only have a hauler in the station and have been doing nothing but hauling missions for my lvl 3 manufacturing dept agent with the same setup. However, all he wants to offer me is lvl 4 Kill missions. Anyone else worked out how to get a lvl 4 hauling mission? DB Preacher	Posted - 2005.03.09 20:25:00 - [2] yeah I could go find another agent but this agent is 1 jump from my lvl 3 manufacturing agent... So I don't need to move too far between agents to switch between lvl 3 and lvl 4.
